The Galway to Dingle tour provided by Begley’s Tours starts in the morning at a time that suits you.
Departing Galway, we will drive through the Burren, a vast cracked pavement of glacial era limestone, and after you will see the little village of Doolin.
Then we will make the drive to the Cliffs of Moher where you can take in a view of the spectacular 10 mile coastline of Co. Clare and the Aran Islands.
Passing through many colourful towns en route to the ferry over the Shannon at Kilimer.
Crosssing the River Shannon, we land in Tarbert and drive towards the town of Listowel, the birthplace of John B Keane.
On the journey to Tralee you will see the Bog Ponds, then we will drive through Tralee and head south on to the Conor Pass - Ireland's highest driveable mountain pass - where you will see view of Brandon Bay, Seven Hogs (Maharees Islands), Tralee Bay and as far as Loop Head in Co. Clare to the north and Dingle, Iveragh Peninsula and The Blasket Islands to the south on a clear day.
Then we will wind our way down the hill into Dingle.
